i just wanna add my experience to the mix, and, before i even found this thread it dawned on me that kitty liter cloning is superior. I literally had zero luck with anything else, this was the only thing that worked for me, and i didn't even use rooting hormone.

also, kitty liter is fairly cheap, i use it as a soil amendment.

I figured I'd give it a try.

Been a week now and they are looking just as good as the day I cut them. No signs of root yet but all in time hopefully.
