200lm/W in itself is great, in warm white it's phenomenal. Although the article states that it isn't just another "lab project", the 2015 launch sure makes it look like one

2 years to build a factory and do testing doesnt sound bad.

Neither does 33% more light for free compared to the best a hps can do.

I hope they still fix the cmh for higher wattage but they are probibly going to focus on this.
