Assuming bang for your buck is not an option, which is superior and/or preferred for what reasons. Thanks.

and it seems a whole lot more expensive than the diamond foil from what I am reading, that may not be a concern for the op but it is for most of us

Gnaut,
I don't know what's best, but I don't think there is all that much difference in any of them. By that I mean that I don't think you will see more than a miniscule difference in yield. When I'm forced to do it again, I'll probably use flat white paint and forget about it. Good luck. -granger

mylar sux. hard to work with not long lasting/ have not worked with orca but heard its the shit. check out agent smith's grow. i personally use refletix. not sure the price point comparison but assume everything in a hydro store will be double the cost. flat white is cheap and pretty good reflectability but isnt as washable as say satin or semi. just throwing in a few budget options just in case your short on $ like many nowadays.

Anyone use IR-Block from CAP.

Normally I would stay away from expensive stuff like this but managed to get a hold of a 100' roll from a friend for around $115. ...normally sells for like $250.

Its silver bubble looking stuff. Any thoughts?
