Just dont flood it..give it a 2 or 3 cups of water/feed so that when it starts to dry out the roots search for more water ...they will fill the pots it will just take longer and you have to watch for ovewatering. Good luck bro.

I'm just going to run it as is. Seems like a major hassle to go to smaller pots now. I used the next size down on my trial round (maybe 2.5 gallon), and the roots definitely filled them, no problem. Tight root balls on each plant, even using Cannazym as recommended. I'll give you first "told you so" if shit goes wrong, deal?

There is nothing wrong with 3.5 g. Just will take long time for roots establish and plants will be preaty big after that. If you looking for single main cola from each clones will be better small post.
