San Diego is taking it to the Codgers. that relief pitcher they picked up, Josh Hader, is damn lights out! my Braves got their ass kicked again, but at least the Yankers bit the big one too, lol.

so, the Codgers are out, and now the Yankers are down to the Houston Asterisks 0-2...who'd have thunk it a week ago? wow...
dammit! can't find an updated score. Asterisks were ahead...
Asterisks up 3-0 over Yankers now, wow! Phillies beating Padres. no dog in the fight after the Braves got blown out. it's not gonna be the Codgers, nor NY either it doesn't look like. guess i'll pull for Phillies since the Asterisks drum code BS. aint much on cheating in sports...
Phillies versus the Asterisks ... haven't pulled for a team from there since Donovan McNabb was QB for Eagles. no time like now, they say! GO PHILLIES!
well, fudge...Asterisks held on to their lead today. Phillies had baserunners last inning or so, but killer pitching has a way of making great hitters look bad... the urge to swing that stick and be a hero sometimes overwhelms the impulse to take a walk. series even up now.
series now 3-2 in Asterisks favor. Philly was oh so close to evening it up in late innings. backs up against it now...
