Sounds just like the GOP in Florida. Constitutional amendment for medical passes with 70% voter support but the GOP led legislature drug its feet in enacting the laws necessary to implement the amendment. Finally took a lawsuit and a new Gov. to get anything accomplished. Only two years after what was voted on as the will of the people.
