venison & chicken

you can shoot deer for cheap money if you're not outfitting yourself for your first ever hunt. chicken can be raised cheaply or bought by you wholesale by the 40# case.

Small fish are the most environmentally friendly and sustainable compared to say tuna which is much higher on the food chain. Sardines or mackeral packed in oil or tomato sauce are tasty right out of the can or in a toasted sandwich.

Hemp consumable products may not be the cheapest forms of protein but it is THE BEST. Research and compare any other consumable product to hemp and hemp will always come out on top; bar none. Fish oil is good but some have high levels of contaminants; soy is not as easily assimilated, by the body, as hemp is and is almost equal to hemp in protein content. Hemp seeds, seed oil, hemp nut, hemp flour, bread mix, pancake mix, hemp sprouts, hemp cookies, hemp noodles and the list goes on and on. Hemp is the answer.

There's some great info on the best forms of protein but not much about the cheapest. I would find it hard to believe any meat product would be the cheapest form of protein.
