Speaking of taxes, WA has a truly bizarre B&O (Business and Occupation) tax code.
washington requires dr. records from last three years, not hard to get a card if you're legit.
sales tax sucks but no income tax.
we live outside seattle, there are people tucked away in every thicket and dale, and traffic is constant, but that shouldn't alter your decision.
i wouldn't be too excited about making a $ from the plant though, you need connections...can't just walk into a room and make cold sales ya know?
Just wondering which of these 2 states have the better mmj laws. Thanks for any input.

Maybe in Wilmington or Long Beach down in 'Cali'

it seems pretty chill up in wash, 15 plants per script...theres a shortage of good indoor bud up there, lots of commercial beasters, kind of a price ceiling though hard to get more than 3 no matter how good it is. lots of cops and police agencies in the seattle area, asian gangs. the area is generally confusing to get around and cookie cutter suburb look town after town...but not to hard to blend in.
only thing i cant dig about washington is the rain...makes outdoors damn near impossible.
i love to grow outdoor and indoor so OR might be a better fit....you can pull a nice crop during the outdoor season to cover most of your bills, then run an indoor lab to your liking not worrying about covering expenses every crop. i throw a dozen different strains in a tray just because i already made enough money on outdoor i can afford to grow my own smoke lol...
one thing i consistently hear about oregon is that its hard to sell LBs locally, everyone else already grows...
Really? Where? I'm visiting my boy in Seattle right now. Just made the rounds with him as an observer yesterday! Went to about 4 of his regular spots before one of them finally made him an acceptable offer. Everyone was flooded with outdoor and b grade indoor. My buddy had some A+ urkle and worked hard to get 2800 from a place he's been working with for a year I guess. Most places only wanted to do a qp at a time and even then only offered 650. So what gives? I've been smoking this stuff myself all week and it's fire in every way. I think 6-7/q & 20-24/p is a bit more accurate of what you can expect if you donate to co-ops. If I lived here I would figure something else out like starting my own delivery service or ???. Scene seems beat down for growers compared to other med states IME. Shops are slaying it though I bet.Plus it is easy to move weight,as long as it is top shelf herb u can still get 8 for a Q...sometimes 9 at the right spot
wa 15 per card any life stage and you don't have to register your grower like In or, and in Oregon you can have like 8 in flower and 7 in veg Vice versa. But for non card holders in or anything less then a zip is a ticket and civil matter.
