Olddrifter's Chronic Grow

How many days total did you let it flower olddrifter66. Oh and do you count from the day you flip the light 12/12 or the day you see flowers formin? Sorry for all the questions but im gonna pop some chronic real soon and it looks like you know what your doin. Thanks. Peace.

I let her go for 63 days. I thought she was a 7 weeker, but this one took 63 days. I had some heat issues early on this summer so I think that affected her, but the next run will tell.

Day of flip, but I don't exclusively go by the day count. I mix it with what the plant is tellin me...(at least Im learning to). Usually they are close to the right time based on day one, but varies depending on conditions.

Also wondering how long for chronic clones to root? I heard they are slow to root.

Hi OD;

I am interested to find out the quality of this strain. It's been on my list for a while now for obvious reasons, but I am waiting for winter to roll around to grow these.

Cant wait to find out your impressions of it, and see if it lives up to the legend.

I was thinking about doing a sog with this strain keeping them all very short with one main cola and no side branching. From your experiences is this the right strain to stay short like that? Thanks !

So far I have only experienced a branchy pheno, but I would imagine that if you start her short...say 6-8 inches from clone than she should do well in a sog.

I am for now ending my grow of this strain due to unforeseen complications. I may try again in the future, but for now this thread is done. I can answer any questions i have the answer to, but all chronic plants have been lost.
