If we take all the prison population of the states, what is the percentage of people in prison due to drug related offences?

The War on Drugs is just another way to keep people into shit,to keep the things the way they are, another form of social-control.
It´s better to have poor people smoking crack and shooting each other than trying to make a change somehow.
