Not sure whats wrong... magnesium??

can i use these it says there capsules ...... are they any good for my girls?

A word of warning; You have the beginnings of a Mg def, for whatever reason. Adding a little cal/mag MAY help. I say MAY because you are now also adding calcium, which is not your def.
What brand nutrients are you using? I am using GH flora series and r/o water. I too ran into defs, first calcium and then Mg. I cured both by adjusting my ph until I found the "sweet spot".
Adding things is NOT always the answer. Adding too much Calcium will have an adverse affect.
I would start by adjusting your ph.
You could foliar spray Epsom salt at 1-2tsp/gal. I sprayed right at lights out.
If that doesnt work, then go ahead and add cal/mag.
Read the sick plant guide on Mg defs, Adding too much Calcium will lock out Mg.
