Nirvan PPP?

I have two of these outside right now, each one is able seven feet tall, maybe 3 feet wide. These were freebies I got a couple of years ago, anything special about these that would make it worthwhile to clone these and grow them outside again next year?

There are absolutely no threads around about this strain

This one is similar to a lot of Nirvana strains, in that its all about pheno hunting. Some packs barely have anything memorable, but once in a while, a few special ladies will show up. There's some good lineage with this strain too.

I grew this at one point, it was alright at best honestly. I remember having a tough time germing the PPP and one of my plants was a mutant, but other than that it was not very memorable.

Their Northern Bright is still one of the top ten strains that I have grown, but it is no longer offered and I have never seen anyone else that has grown it on the boards ever. Would love to get my hands on those beans again, I was foolish to lose the mom.

It's true- A) there have been plenty of threads about PPP
B) Search will give you results that could take hours to wade through to get to any specific information on PPP

well now ... if I had anything that looked like THAT in my pack of PPP, I'd sure be changing my opinion.

It just shows to go you ... genetic variation means that different folks have very different results with the same brand name over time.

Plus, a lot of people will buy it as a clone, or finished bud, and say "this stuff rocks".

well, sure ...

best,
rabbit

i'm currently growing 5 PPP females (22 days into 12/12), 1 is THE pheno to keep, vigorous, fast flowering, big stems, the other 4 are very average for the moment, they've got time. I can't wait to see the evolution ...

I will say the $50-$150 range seeds have always been better on the whole than my cheap-o stuff.

That being said, it's not fashion, it's perception. Price frames one's initial judgement of a product. Check out how toaster ovens are organized on the shelf at Walmart.

No one ever said free seeds = shit. What I said was that price frames people's perception about products. A less expensive product may be of higher quality, but perceived to be less so because of the price consideration.

The seeds that I go for tend to be Tom Hill, Mr Nice, Dutchgrown, Ace and Mandela.
