Sup guys, I've recently gotten my script and found out I can do 5 plants legally on personal, so I figured I'd go hydro as soil isn't really an option. I'm on a budget, but I have mostly everything I need. I still need a cheap fan for a room with 5 5gal DWC buckets, probably gonna grow W.W. and some MOB or a nice sativa dom. Now I seen a 90watt LED UFO growlight on hydroshop for 159.99, but I don't know if it'll cover my area, so I may need a 1000watt HID, (thinking of a switchable ballast if that's the case, then it won't be as bad for price). I don't need it yet as I still need some seeds, hydroton and nutes on top of the fan, (a friend's giving me the w.w., and I'm looking for a nice sativa dom. strin atm, could use some advice on one too, lmao). I plan on building a grow room to fit that operation with some MDF, 2X2''s and flat white paint for now. I havn't started setting it up yet, but I should be starting it all in a month-2 months max. Now for the nutrients I was thinking Jack's Classic Citrus feED (20-10-20) and Jack's Classic Blossom booster (10-30-20), but I'm not convinced if I can use the Blossom Booster in hydroponics so I figured I'd ask if anybody has any experience. I already know how to check the pH so that isn't a problem for me, but I have no TDS meter atm, so I was wondering if it was necessary. I'm using a 60 gal aquarium water pump with 2 outlets right now, and I have my T5, but I need to know what would be best for primary lighting. I'm also going to need a hand with measuring my nutes at first, I know I'ma **** up a bit, but I do everything else through trial and error. Now for my room I was thinking a 4x6 to properly hold everything, including my drying rack and a small closet built inside to store my pot, (I'm a paranoid S.O.B. and have been robbed before, plus I have a habit of putting down my pot somewhere and losing it, I've lost an ounce 7-8 times in the past few days). Now for the drying rack I was thinking of using some 2x2"s and mosquito netting at a 2'x2'x5' rack a shelf every 6 inches, starting at the 1' mark, essentially 4 racks, now that I was thinking if I can save the money, over time I could box it in with a mat on the floor covered in salt to fight humidity, and ventilating it from my air intake, now would that be possible, and could I box it in right away?
