Doesn't matter where you're from, ignorance like your post is the issue. Face it, the public is largely ignorant of how cannabis effects them, the tiny amount of sense it takes to use it safely, and of the difference between the appropo and completely incorrect strain for a person.
It seems you're completely unaware many of us use cannabis to **increase** functionality, right? I use cannabis for improving memory, fine and gross motor control, attention span, and way too many things to list.
Just because everyone around **you** is programmed poorly, seeking out debilitating strains, doesn't mean the rest of the world is.
