Negative interaction between cannabinoid and pharmaceuticals

I just read a sci journal article discussing possible negative interactions between CBD, CBN, and THC and pharmaceuticals that use the multidrug transporter ABCG2. Cannabinoids are novel ABCG2 inhibititors, thus, drugs that are ABCG2 substrates may not be suitable for co-administration with cannabinoids.

I have tried most pharmaceutical and have not found any adverse reactions when using cannabis.. Now when mix with alcohol there is a measurable increase of effect.
