Need help identifying this pest

but I've just found bugs, and I'd like to reach out to the entire community for help identifying them. Here's a few pics of one of the bugs, and a shot of the leaves they've munched. Can anyone identify my pest for me?

I believe it's a leafhopper nymph. Going to dunk my plants in Safer insect killing soap tomorrow.

Definitely potato leafhoppers. http://extension.entm.purdue.edu/fieldcropsipm/insects/soybean-potato-leafhopper.php FWIW Avid knocks them down FLAT.

They were dying as I asked Avid stopped them in their tracks, and I followed up by dunking the seedings in insecticidal soap a few days ago. I'll do a follow up with Avid later in the coming week, and follow that with another dip. "Nuke them from orbit, it's the only way to be sure"
