Awesome! Saves me from having to disect your photos to get the parts list. I am still 3-4 weeks from assembling my screens. Almost finished with my DIY undercurrent veg system, then I can focus on finishing up my flower room.People seem to like my screens so here is what you need to make them and how too.
This wire will make 11 full screens. The parts shown make one screen.
First make this with with (2) 1.5 inch and (2) 4.5 inch pieces (4) elbows and (2) tee's. The pipe is high pressure 3/4 inch pvc. If your pots are smaller than a 5.75 gallon bucket you need to shorten the 4.5 inch piece to support the screen.
Then make this with (2) 21.5 inch pieces and the parts you made above.
Then add (2) 16.5 inch frame supports. Keep in mind that these can be different lengths to fit you bucket size. Mine are sized for a 5.75 gallon bucket.
next build your wire support frame with (2) 21.5 inch pieces and (4) tee's. Then connect the (2) 48 inch pieces as shown in the right picture.
Then attach you screen with 8 inch zip ties. I use 6 but you may need more if your plant pulls on the screen a lot. Then cut the extra tie off.
Finally add the top interconnecting pieces which are made with (2) 1.5 inch, (1) 10.5 inch piece, and (2) elbows. The 10.5 inch piece can be stretched or shrunk to move your screens in or out. Mine are set to have the plants at about 24-26 inches from the light. Again the picture above shows how the connectors are assembled.
And that is it.
