Heres some shots of my garden..8'x10' or so. This is my second round in this room. The ladies went from the 400w to 1000w last night cuz they were getting to big. Also just got a used 1000w MH ballast from a friend today for 50$. Just need reflector/bulb/socket and im set with 2k watts and the 400 if I need i it.

Pic 1&2- Plants under 400w
3-Big Buddha Cheese
4-DNA Genetics Lemon Skunk
5-G13 Labs White Widow
6-Seedsman Seeds Skunk#1
7-One of the Skunk#1's( i found spider mites on this one)
8-Pic from this morning

I *think* the spider mites are only on that ones plant so i might throw it out if alcohol/water mix don't work. There were some cracks between the wood on the floor i forgot about so that *may* be the way they got in, but i fixed that.

There are many ways to deal with mites, and they may be on all the plants by now so you should try something other than alcohol and water. Since you are organic I would suggest trying a product called Sns-17. This product is natural (don't care for the term organic) and controls both mites and unhatched eggs. Use it on all of your plants and continue to use it as instructed on the label. I saw great results with it, and if you keep up consistent use you should see a mite free harvest.

Thank you for the advice. I got rid of the plant with the Infestation just a minute ago..but i know there will still be some here and there and possibly on the other plants like you say..I put the plant that was closest to the infested one in the far corner away from the rest, least i could do for now..I will look into the Sns-17 maybe they carry it at the grow shop down the road.

So I got my 1000w MH bulb in the mail yesterday and its BROKEN! ordered from needabulb.com..their packaging sucks..a box inside of a box with very little bit of brown paper..no bubble wrap or the little white foam stuff. Not even a FRAGILE label?!I could tell it was broken right when i picked it up..

Anyway I gave them a call this morning and was told they would contact the vendor and have another sent out tomorrow=] I hope! At least they got decent customer service!

Got some new pics and a change of plans..cant handle the heat from 2 uncooled 1k's (trying to avoid A/C and cooled hoods, keeping it simple), so im going bare bulb vertical..I got 1400w running right now and the temps stay in the lower 70's, perfect! I plan on switching to 12/12 tonight, and if there too big in a few weeks ill switch the 400 for a 1k.

Pic 1 is from a few nights ago
2-5 pics from today
6- Cheese, shes gonna be a beast

DGT-Thanks for the comments! They are in a 8x12 shed I built over the summer..not easy lol.The spider mites are there, but mostly just on one plant on a few leaves. They are not spreading I can guarantee that. I just put 2 no pest strips in yesterday, so I will watch them closely and if these last few dont die off, Im gonna go buy something strong to spray them down with before any buds develop. Also I think they may be getting in thru my wall outlets(Its not easy to cut a perfect sized rectangle in drywall, in the perfect spot for the junction boxes, so theres some gaps around it) so I need to do something to seal around my outlets.
P.S you have some VERY beautiful plants..ill make it over to your thread soon for sure!

Plants are in there 4th night of 12/12 and they are growing fast..still lots of training to do. The lemon skunk seems to not like my soil mix or something because she its getting rust spots everywhere and newer leaves are kinda deformed=[..new pics soon

Sweet grow and stoked to see bare bulb madness! Makes so much sense to use the bulb that way. They look healthy and happy, have you tried smart pots? NS

thanks northstate!
I am liking the bare bulb style. not near as much heat to deal with, plants seem very happy, and its very bright. Sunglasses are pretty much a necessity now..having all the different strains makes it kinda hard to make best use of the light but its working.
I was actually just looking into smart pots 5 minutes ago..think im going to try them next round..have you tried them? how about air pots?

Nice looking vert grow... I would only suggest getting some shade #5 welders goggles. While sunglasses may make it more tolerable to see and move around, I would go with full on protection. I've left my room after wearing shades and still had issues. Switched to the goggles and have never 'seen stars' again. They're like $7 on ebay/amazon etc..
