I know, right? Of all the ways they could have phrased that...

Anyway, here's proof that they cookie knows - erm, knew - what it was talking about:

First up, the Zoidfuel x Cherryfuel for Benji. I apologize, this may in fact be the most-abused ZF plant ever grown. She's starting to stack her second flush of calyxes this week. 34 days in:

Now, the least-abused plant in my tent - Wonder Haze. She's just slightly tip-burnt, I'm trying to run her as close to full-throttle as I can. I wanna see this lanky 30" frame fill up with buds, dammit. Day 38 - so far, so good... :abduct:

Che, here's my C99 keeper-for-now. I cannot seem to capture her frost in photos - ever notice how some plants just don't photograph right? - but she's almost as sparkly as the F if you're looking at the real thing. Day 34 here as well:

This is the next NL out the pipeline. She's on day 74. Her fan leaves are gone and she's been flushed and fed RO water for a week now. Her inner leaves never seem to go much more yellow than this, but she'll continue to plump up and make a few new calyxes every day until she's done - I could cut her any time in the next 2 weeks.

And finally, I saved the best for last. This is F, day 52. She comes down at between day 56 and 60, so she's all but done. Nothing much'll happen from here out, just a matter of the trichs ripening. They're 99% cloudy right now.

I took shots of my 4 Mirre girls as well, and I'll get those up in a little bit. They've fully recovered their health now and I daresay they're looking good for the first time in their lives. (Cutting the hot bag of FFOF with 50% peat potting mix not solved the burn issue.) Meantime, burn one down for me! I'm gonna...

Mirre

Mirre

Well, the Mirre has separated into two clear phenotypes: one is tall, lanky, stretchy (Jack Herer father?) and the other is shorter, tighter and more solid (SAGE mother?)

The short pheno showed preflowers about a week quicker than did the tall one. Due to veg space shortages, these were transplanted based on available spots and not maintaining synchronization. I then let them all root into their 1-gallon pots for exactly 10 days - so the two short plants are a few days ahead (9/11 and 9/13) of the tall ones (9/16.)

They seem to be transitioning and starting to bud at about the same rate, but the budding is moving a little quicker on the short ones. All of them are pretty uniform in color and leaf blade thickness. Neither pheno is particularly hungry, the tall ones being more sensitive. All 4 have been fed straight RO water for several weeks - in half-strength soil - and a couple are showing overfert signs anyway. Short #2 is the stankiest and both tall ones' stems smell great. #1 - the best vegger - doesn't have much odor yet. (Her male twin had no odor either, and has been culled.)

Here they are in order. 1 & 2 are shorts, 3 and 4 are talls:

Fun pics, that fortune cookie story is fucking funny!

You know, I don't know what it is but I've had a few very apropo fortunes over the years - I got one that said 'You will be successful in love' the night before I met a girl I ended up marrying, for example. I hope this endeavor doesn't end quite as disastrously as that one did... but that's a whole 'nother can of chili.

Things are moving along here. The scraggly, burned F is down and she yielded this bag of 35 perfect (looking) seeds. Bet you'll never guess the mystery-dad I used:

Here's the C99, a lower nug. It's a little overexposed but it's the only shot of like 15 which even begins to show off the actual frost on this bitch:

And the ZF x CF, starting to put on some bud weight for real. Still not much trichome development, but she glistens in the light now. She doesn't give off any odor which strikes me as Cherry, but I think I understand why they used the word 'fuel' in the name. I do still have 10 more beans to try and find a cherry pheno. :smoke:

Couple of Mirre shots. First is a leaf from #2 and second is the top of #1. I took shots of the tall phenos as well but none came out well. I'll get them again in a few days, they're behind their sisters by almost a week anyway.

And finally the NL. Yes, she's horizontal. Yes, she's staked. 3-4 days until the chop!

Good to see ya around here again, Tona, been a while. I hope so too! Total roll of the dice, though. There's potential for sure, 'cause the mom's A+ top-shelf. Ought to be fun at the very least. I'm finally running a half-pack of the Mirre I bought on your advice, so there should be plenty of that budporn for the next couple of months. :yoinks:

I hear she gets yieldy?

beautiful bud pics keep it up :) makes me want to blaze up !

That makes two of us... :D

Thanks.

I usually don't bother taking pics of plants in veg - how many leaf pics can one person look at in a lifetime, right? - but I have a really nice Tsi Fly male that I thought I'd share. He's got some pretty heavily-variegated leaves which are quite stunning in person. He's dashing.

Ido, thanks for stopping through bro. Didn't see your last post for some reason... probably this ball of full-melt ISO I made by cleaning my grinder. I've been twisted out my mind on that shit all weekend, hands-down the best hash I've ever had. Go figure, right?

Do you happen to see any of this variegation on the C4xC99 cut you have? This is more of my Tsi Fly male:

And I happened to have my camera ready when I took down the F and threw her in a jar. Thanks to burning off the headbud, the yield on her was minimal... but it's dank as fuck. Check out the frost on the crowns of what became her top:

:yoinks::yoinks::yoinks:

Still don't believe in UVB? Anyone? :nanana:

Interesting. I've seen it on all 4 Tsi Fly seedlings so far, to some extent. It's pretty, I think I may flower him out.

Hey SB. Damn! I get busy for a week and the tent has gone crazy. That F cola top is freakin awesome. I am not sure if i have ever seen one quite like that before. The Mirre ladies sure look like they are coming along. That bag of seeds looks like it will give you something to do on the side for a few years, or at least till you find the right pheno.
I hope to make it over there sometime this week. My work schedule changed a bit and i get off an hour later now. I will hit you up. In the mean time, Peace and Stay Green.

Welcome, amoril. Hope it was entertaining digging backwards... a few cool photos here and there at least. :smoke: The male was up-potted today and I'll be finding a corner to stash him in here in the next few. I have a couple more Tsi Fly seedlings with the variegation showing, so maybe I'll even have a female to try out.

Took some more pics tonight, not my best work but the ladies are hot - so all in all they're nice pics. :)

C99 - Day 47 and starting to wind down. Looks like 52-54, just like her sister.

ZFxCF, chuggin' away.

Wonder Haze - this is one fat mama. Cola photo is out of focus, but you get the idea. It's 2.5" around.

Mirre Mirre on the wall, who's the dankest one of all?

1 - 2 - 3 - 4 in order.

So far, ~4 weeks in, they go like this:

1) Longest cola, fastest bud builder, most resin. It's all over the place. Kinda generic lemony smell. Healthiest vegger, most vigorous and nute-tolerant. Low-odor in veg. This looks like a sticky yielder, and I'm looking for one of those.

2) Flowers like #1, with the volume turned down a notch. Stinks like hell in veg, though. A little more sensitive.

3) Unbelievable smell. Like a handful of purple skittles... very intense and unmistakable candy-grape. Quickest to change over to flowering, fatter and more resinous of the two tall phenos. This could be tasty.

4) Smells Jackish to me, a nice thick hazy smell. Lightest yiedler thus far.

My money's on #1 and #3... but the end product will as always be the sole factor in my decision.

I'm sorry I've neglected the thread for a week, it's been a mass confluence of deadlines here and I've barely even kept the girls happy as it is. I'll get some visuals up soon... things haven't slowed down. :smoke:

It's Grape Skunk season!

It's Grape Skunk season!

No finer season. This lady is a winner.

In February, I gifted a clone through the network to an outdoor grower. He was so impressed that he sent back about a quarter to taste. Nothing like outdoor herb, really. So I've been smoking on that for a couple days. It's giving me time to cure out the last F, dry out the last C99 (harvest shots coming) and get more Grape Skunk cut. A well-timed gift.

It also came with a request for more of my cuts... here's to not being surprised by that. :joint:

The Grape Skunk in my CFL box is getting close to done, maybe 3-5 days left on her. She's been flushed, but refuses to show it. I'm taking her later than I usually do, @ 63-65, rather than ~58. I want to see how much better she gets with another week's time, and I want to see if the funky foxtail-top she always pops out will fill in. Here's a lower nug, couldn't get the cam up to her top and this was 8 sec. before lights-out:

The next one's been in the tent for 4 days now. Here's a few shots of her last week, before she went in. She's the happiest, fullest, healthiest lady I've put into flowering yet... let's hope it translates:

Wonder Haze, on Day 61 out of ... 75-80? I smoke-tested a nug on day 55, and she's got some kick already. She's also huge. This is gonna be a keeper:

good vibes. :smoke:
