So here's some pics of what's brewin' in the next few weeks. Still no budporn to be had in here but it's coming. I promise! For starters, here's the closest thing in here - the Grapefruit Jam. This shit's super-potent and smells realllllly funky. It's not even done and I'm calling it a keeper:
Next up is the girl that went in tonight, the first of the F99s:
Smokes great, too. She really is much stronger than her fruitier sister. Thanks, Benji!
Here's the nightly nugshot: this one is Mirre #4 being grown in the CFL box - which incidentally is back online and full. She's on day 54 and looks to be done in 60-63. I took her at 65 from seed, so right about where she should be. She stinks like crazy, and is yielding much better than the first go round.
This is also a survivor of the gas attack. She'll get another run; I'm bound and determined to get one clean run in, dammit.
Yeah, I really don't know how I'm going to fit the 9th plant in there. I may top SLS #3 and try to extend her for another 6 weeks in veg - out of necessity. That won't even help with F99 #2 which is almost ready to flip!
I honestly wasn't expecting them all to survive so I started a few more seeds. Then I got above-average M/F ratios (5/7) with the survivors... and the changes I made to my water, nutes and growing technique have resulted in much larger, fuller, healthier plants. All the while, my space hasn't changed.
An excellent problem to have, but one which must be dealt with. I've even given away a couple of flip-ready plants already.
Not to mention back to me... hehe. I decided Tsi Fly 4, while not the keeper, was too good to just cull. So I loaded the mom into a 3.4L pot, trimmed her to 6 shoots or so, and vegged her to ~1'. Gave her away to a buddy who had some spare room under his 400, so we'll see how that goes.
I trimmed up the Grapefruit Jam bitch last night, and I'll be damned if she didn't yield 35g of serious, frosty dank. Considering the amount of damage and stress she was subjected to, that's simply unbelievable. The other plants I had in that condition yielded 50-60% of their usual number; if we apply that to the GFJ we arrive at a number that is simply epic for my little grow. On top of that... it's already my favorite smoke. No lie... johnnyhash, WTF mate? How's that BX coming?
Hey SB thats amazing bro! Mikado is some of my favorite smoke , so its no surprise she is tasty. The mikado is a bx4 so her traits are coming through strong in the cross. Im honoured and amazed its your favorite smoke right now. Take it easy bro!
JH
Man, it takes a lot to ring my bell and she rings it good. Potency is up with the best I've ever smoked and the high is balanced, complex, and fun. The main reason she's my go-to jar right now, though, is that I sprained my ankle a couple weeks ago and when I smoke the GFJ I flat out can't feel it.
ya man, I just finnished growing some white panda, it turned out better than I expected. The mikado used in panda is much more compact than the pheno used in grapefruit jam. heres some whitepanda shots. During flower she kinda smelled like a cherry vicks, the smoke has a candy flavor with some skunk in the mix.
Nice! I definitely see what you meant when you said that the GFJ's mother had a less-than-ideal structure. Mine's a sprawling, thin-stemmed, branchy, stretchy and way long-noded clusterfuck.
But she builds bud like crazy until the very end. I can't wait to see how she goes from clone - and without being suffocated for 4 weeks.
As for the WP, I'm the only one bidding on those so far. I sure wouldn't mind taking a crack at that one too. Same dad?
quite good my friend ,thanks for asking....and for the welcome's too ofcourse
i had some huge changes in my life...and still a few on there way....but i managed to get the upperhand in the situation...sorry mate, can't realy say much for security reasons...
