Molasses: When to use?

Anyone tried Appleford´s Melasse?

No blackstrap where I live.

I use organic molasses from Wholesome Sweeteners. (That's the link Granger2 put up 1st page).
It's Fair Trade certified and is a product of Paraguay.
Unsulphered, w/ potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, and those sugars. A dollop will do ya!
