"Canadian medical marijuana company MediJean announced their support for law enforcement as police crack down on illegal drug operations across the country.
Anton Mattadeen, chief strategy officer at MediJean, applauds the new Health Canada regulations, which only allow licensed producers to provide medical marijuana to Canadian patients. Doctors and nurse practitioners will be the sole gatekeepers linking patients with medical marijuana firms. Previously, Health Canada distributed marijuana and grow licences to Canadians.
Mattadeen says in a press release: “Health Canada’s new medical marijuana regulations are well-designed to help Law Enforcement. By underlining the clear difference between the quality control associated with real medical marijuana, and the unknown content offered by the illegal marketplace, it creates an obvious boundary. One is designed to be completely focused on helping people with their ailments, while the other is simply an illicit drug being sold for illegal profit.”

The release adds: “MediJean believes patients needing the therapeutic value of medical marijuana should not have to face the stigma associated with the illegal marijuana market (estimated at $15 billion per year in Canada alone).”
oops
i didnt really mean done for good. i meant out of the mmpr/mmar. not out of the game. they will still be needed.
when bows go back up to 3200-3300 for highs. people will still be rocking their lil botique grows.
i know the monthly food costs for 1500 kw. even mixed in house its a big bill. store bought, even the more reasonable stuff, is out to lunch in that volume, even if they are getting the good guy discount.
i still am very interested to see the 2 year discourse of this whole debacle

Why are these HUGE companies so threatened by patients growing there own medicine?
There estimating 450,000 plus customers in the future, are they that greedy that they need the 15,000 people that grow with the MMAR program with PPL's. You would think one of these bone heads would realize most people are lazy and would rather buy(if pricing is resonable), than grow, and would come out in support of a duel program system, such as the MMAR and MMPR both running simultaneously. This would be great public relations for any company. The expositor from this type of policy would be better than all the advertising money could ever buy. Not to mention that if both the MMAR and the MMPR ran together, limits would be set by the Doctors, not the government. So, patients would be allow to purchase more than 150 grams per month.
We were never facing "stigma associated with the illegal marijuana market" until the MMPR was introduced...Dick Heads.
Peace...B
pretty sure you need a 7 years penalty jail time to get a jury option. juries will not be rolled out for 5 plants -500 plants lol

I kind of enjoy watching people squirm. People thought they were above the law. Waiving that pink sheet like it was immunity from all laws.
The uneducated became experts at law and legislation.
Big mouths became activists.
Growers became care givers.
Drug dealers became business men.
Very few people remained quiet growers.
I'm gonna sit back and watch all these people grow illegally. Not much room to hide anymore with all the dick wagging they've been doing.

(I can't edit yet & forgot to add this..."from LP's"...to the end of my original post)
and good morning to you to you VP
hows the weather out there?
its fucking cold here
Canada you need to get off your ass. If a man threatened with a 5 year prison sentence can't get a jury of his peers, then you are even more enslaved than us Mericans.
