If you had a valid ATP and PPL that was good on or after Mar. 21, 2014...You are covered by the "Injunction" and good to go, until the final court case and decision Feb. 2015. But as stated...If you have/do become a patient of a LP, all the MMAR possession/growing is "VOID".
