See, this is the scary thing about our judicial system. Logic and rationalization are trumped by corporate cronies. And I'm scared that we'll lose this battle because of all the corruption.
In an ideal world, the judge would rule that this is unconstitutional. But we live in the real world... ugh.

If you look on the courts website, both plaintiff and defendant have been ordered to prepare for trial. What this says to me is we are going to get our injunction. At least until the trial is complete. No officila word on the injunction yet though.
