MM x HAZE #21, Punto Rosa, Bruce banner, greens

blondie

Well-known member
The plants are just growing along. Bruce banner is turning orange and getting close to completion. I’m going to have a bunch more seeds than I thought originally. Many buds are seeded on this plant. My mm x haze is also seeded pretty well. The punta Rosa are on the other side of the tent and are not showing signs of seed. No smells emerging yet really. It’s just a race to the finish line now.

First image on the left is mm x haze . On the right is a punta Rosa leaning against the tent. Second image is my cbd charlottes angel doing really well. Third is puma Rosa, fourth punta Rosa, 5th is mmxhaze, next an orange Bruce banner, punta Rosa, after on the left is mm haze and on the right punta Rosa, then Bruce banner again.

Reading through this I realize not easy to tell what plants are what.

All here are my PR. Three plants all growing nicely. I seeded them and can see the seed pods. Just more than I thought. I think one plant has mm haze pollen as it was next to the early flowering male. That is ok and might make an interesting plant.

All images here are my only female mm Hz 21. Lots of seeds. It’s growing well and starting to turn a little bit brown. There are some prs leaning against the mm but I tried to get mostly the mm . You can see a pr leaning against the tent in the background. Last picture I think it is.

Your garden is looking real good blondie. Are you still just running on rainwater, or have you started using fertilizers yet?

Thanks creepy!! Appreciate it as your grows are always top notch. So... I up Potted and used fox farms ocean forest just before flip. Also at that time, I added a small amount of espoma tomato tone.

Organic and contains calcium and mag, among other ingredients. I just need to figure the correct amount for each strain. I didn’t put in much.

I’ve officially converted to rainwater only. This seems to be one less item I have to be concerned with.

Today is day 49 from flip in the tent. My Bruce Banner looks like it’s getting close. This one is an interesting story. A year or so ago I found a Growers Choice container two of three female Bruce banner seeds laying in the street. It fell out of some poor souls pocket. Nice little windfall for me and here is one. From what I read it’s supposed to be a tall sativa dominant plant, but mine is short and looking early finisher. I hope she hits nicely. I think @Frosty Nuggets commented on my originally post. That was you right that said you run this strain? If so.. how’s it look to you? If not.. how’s it look to you?? o_O Thinking a week or two then pull.

The rest of the tent is doing well despite the presence of lots of seeds. Maybe a hint of foxtail showing on the mm haze. A bit early to say for sure.

Here is the Bruce banner and one hot pepper.

Interesting story and meant for you to do.
Wished I lived in your neighborhood with people leaving seeds around.

Looks nice and chunky for being seeded. (y)

Looks good, I haven't grown for over a year due to moving house, the last plant I grew was Kiss Femm from The Vault, I still have some Bruce Banner seeds but their viability is questionable as I gave some seeds I got free with them to a friend and they sprouted and stalled at 5cm height.

You have this garden looking really good Blondie. Those are some nice-looking nugs too. Are you feeding the plants anything?

No feed at all, though I think I should start feeding some teas in my future grows. I’m keeping things very simple.

My plants aren’t 100% seeded, just some escaped pollen. The Bruce banner was in line with the fan and got pollen blown on it.

The best thing about having extra seeds is you can experiment in the future. I try everything I can to learn what's what and what's not with extra seeds. That is the only way a person and afford to learn from failures.

I have had good results when adding a tiny amount of fertilizer to my plant's water during flowering. After being "water only" for about 6 or 8 weeks I introduce fertilizer at a very low dose with every watering. On your next grow take an extra seed and try it and you'll be amazed. Fertilizer mixed with rainwater is the most killer form of water potency known.

Tonight’s update is White Widow freebie from seedsman. Coming up on five weeks in flower. It’s growing nicely and I can’t complain. Budding up well. Same soil, fox farms happy frog for veg and ocean forest for flower. A touch of tomato tone. A couple images you can see some punta Rosa plants in the background. Also a few cucumbers!

Enjoy.

This update is on my cbd plant charlottes angel. It’s growing really well. The only issue is seeds! I don’t know if it hermed or just some pollen floating around the tent. The other idea is this plant was underneath my males in the other tent. Pollen did drop onto this plant. I wiped and watered and thought I removed all pollen. This plant was put into flower tent well after any male pollen was supposed to be there. Don’t know. My white widow has a few seeds as well. That was also under the males.

At least this plant is doing well and I’ll have a good batch of cbd coming up and not that many seeds. This is about day 33 from flip.

Hi mate, great detailed thread you got going. Might be worth doing single posts for each strain, that way it doesn’t get so confusing for us stoners. i’m actually smoking Bruce Banner now love it, I would grow some more, but I lost my seeds…
I used to be Blondie now I’m Baldy.
Seriously though, keep up the good work man

Thanks @Cloneman . You are correct. I noticed and have been doing single strain updates recently. This one is Bruce Banner. Images are day 57 from flip. I did notice a few new white pistils in some buds. Not quite done yet I guess. She also needs some nutes by the look of things. This plant look like yours? What you think as far as doneness?

I’m thinking about what BB x mm haze 21 might be like. I might pop a few beans to see. I’ll have a bunch.

My PR and the mm haze are both foxtailing some. Def putting out new growth. Images coming later. I took these bb last night during light on.

I’m more @goingrey these days... :)

So the Mars sun came up on my lovely aging ladies a short time ago. Day 63 from flip and I’m seeing lots of reflowering. All plants are throwing new pistils. The MM x and the PRs are throwing most. Bruce banner is also throwing, though much less than the others.

I figured time for the mm x update. It’s fattening up and throwing new pistils. Looking fairly good, though not a tall sativa. I expected more of a stretch. Very minimal in my case. However that was also the case with the PRs. Their stretch was more but not huge. Could have been done with LEDs and. 6ft. A little close with the PR but still possible. Easily possible with a topping or two I would think.

Back to mm x only. I worked hard trying to get a smell to describe and oddly last night after ingesting large amount of infused oil, “fruity pebbles” flashed to the surface and faded immediately. Followed by a wintergreen minty type of thought. Just now I got roughly the same wintergreen mint, though it’s much more complex than this. Another nose happened by and when asked for a smell description it defied description. However asked how about wintergreen minty? The answer was no way... so take your pick. Nice plant so far. I may be over watering it looks like, so water been cut back. See how it reacts.

Also fyi in a few images if you look close the PRs are there. One image has a white branch .... that’s the pr branch. PR update seems should be next.
