This was a federal ruling' it applies to all licencees that where still licenced after september 31 st

where did you see its a year? It hasn't been said as of yet how long the injunction will be as the trial date is yet to be set there shooting for early next year but the judge said theres a chance for expedited trial but 9 months min I figure but with the Canadian court system we can only hope its a lot longer! As was stated earlier its a federal law which means anywhere in Canada is covered. There not issuing new licences either you must of been a MMAR card holder already hope this helps

ya, that year minimum title might have been a premature nanner on my part due to momentarily excitation of my sacrum....sorry for the innacuracy.

On the MMAR coalition FB page people are saying the trial may start by early next year but the actual trial and remands could be to years before a decsion that be nice lol

My licenced to produce expired july 15 2013 ,my dr would not renew and i had not enough time to see specialist before the sept 30 2013 deadline.i was in the mmar program for 3 years and hope i too can be grandfathered ,can someone tell me if ill be exempt as well or if theres hope
