Mini grow Top light Man?

I want to start a mini cultivation and I was looking at what lighting prendere.50 or 100 watts max .
I noticed Astir pannel and BonsaiHero is Hans pannel .
What do you think ? You have had experience , you know other quality Mini Grow 60x20x60 approx .
