No issues with neighbors, early on I had some here say shit I didn't much like but never went further then that. Never seen a single badge, chopper, planes flying close... Nuttn.

No rush on second kit gonna let FarmTek have a decent sale and grab it by spring

36 was all next year it's going to be 60 or 7 - Strawberry Kush were the black and purple ones at the end. Left hand side and 4 in the middle rear.

A dozen seeds that I didn't keep track of (oops). They were the right side of the house .

Blue widow (aka: blue dream) didn't finish until Oct 29th and was a moldy basket case with super tight structure, massive roots and stem, but for as late as it was hit about 1.25 per plant. The first 4 plants in the middle.

Headband 1 and 2 did great, 3lbs 6oz between the two. The 3rd one was the big butterball, hit a measly 14oz but came early due to mold. I don't think it woulda been like the others and got much heavier with time. These were the 3 plants in the middle of the middle row.

I wish I knew the seeds my buddy have me, I know their parents are Mostly Northern Lights crosses.

My favorite? Smell and taste definitely the Strawberry Kush, overall... He headband. Big yield, big plants, good headstone.

Well I just took a kick to the dick -- Realtor send me some restrictions on the deed and one of them is no commercialisation.

Waiting for lawyer to call me back -- if I'm a Michigan Med grower (patient & caregiver, running my full 72) am I a "commercial" entity or am I just a guy with a garden?
If you were in Co. you'd need 'Agricultural' zoning. I think.

It's all very questionable since you're 'inside'.

Good luck with the project.

Are you going to set up light dep inside this thing for next year? seems like trying to do full season where you're at is a losing battle

That is one impressive thread. The imgur pictures are really cool too.
Somewhat surprised it was only 44 units in total, looks like more in the pics. (not that 44 units is chump change or anything)

Thanks for sharing.

Light deep is in the idea book. Working out plans for house #2, and I managed to snag an identical structure... Super sturdy up here in the lake effect snow belts of Michigan where 12-14 inch storms are kinda a weekly thing when it's cold.

But yeah, getting details on #2 wrapped up and it'll be up by the spring. Aiming for 60-72 outside in either 100's (if 72) or 150/200 with 60.

My biggest problem was getting out July 13th with clones/seeds untrained to sunlight. They took a week to establish themselves to light and another 2 to really establish a root system. I think I'm better putting 60 seedlings out June 1st in 1 gallon pots and straight into the big ones. We do it in the ground and the guys that did kicked my ass.

This year was a learning experience that covered it's costs. I can't complain by any stretch and just hope people learn from my experience

Sho thank you very much for posting your whole setup. I am planning something very similar to this (same greenhouse).I gotta ask what are you using for ventilation? it looks that you don't have any power. Thanks again and best wishes for the future!

96 feet x 2-3 feet high of roll-up side venting! Don't need power when you've got a constant North wind! the guys that ran closed houses with end wall fans up here got killed my botritys.

I'm going to change some things up next year like adding polycarbonate panels to my South facing wall to add in extra light especially in fall when the sun is low.

BUT, house #2 is a go!
