Sorry, I have not seen this thread pop up in awhile...
I have been to Frankies two times.
It was cool to be able to smoke in public and see people I didn't know smoking as well. We were traveling to back and forth to Portland Oregon and it was a stop in the middle of a hectic road trip for the holidays so we didn't stay too long.
It would not be your cup of tea if you object to cigarette smoking.
I seen a guy that looked like he was passing out up there and some several small parties of students. It would be a place to go as a student for sure.
I had a good time, albeit a short time, and will be back again. I would like to reward the guy for standing up like he does (Frank).
