There was a wealthy vietnamese restaurant owner named DAN TANG. Got busted here awhile back...5 houses full, stealing power the whole nine yards...he got 18 months and probation...

Obama promised not to mess with anyone who didn't break state law. Unfortunately this guy broke state law (was not a licensed club or a official caregiver) and was over the magic FED number of plants. I for one don't think this guy deserve any jail time but WE all know we still got "unofficial rules" to live by. Flaunting his grow, cash and his location is not smart at all. He got too "relaxed" and got bit for it. I remember watching the video of that newscast. I thought to myself at the time "This guy is a major idiot". A week or two later he was arrested. I smelled it coming.....

I have his rap video somewhere, I'll try to find it because it's some seriously funny shit. The whole video revolves around luke sitting around with a bunch of thug looking doods while vatos and Gs roll in and pick up dufflebags of weed and the money counter is just counting tons of 100 bills. Then he is driven around in a rolls Royce while smoking blunts on his way to his case in front of Modesto city council while he flips them off and laughs.

I still laugh my ass off at the thought of it all.... If you want to be a rapper,,, quit dealing if ya gonna rap about how OG you are and talk shit on cops and gov.

But Luke was a degenerate piece of shit. They dropped him hard because he skated from a murder charge where him and his boys killed some young kids. So he ended up getting what he deserved.

DENVER — A suburban Denver pot grower who tried unsuccessfully to set up a federal-state showdown on medical marijuana has been sentenced to five years in federal prison.

The Denver Post reports that Christopher Bartkowicz was sentenced Friday after his plea bargain was accepted by a judge.

Bartkowicz pleaded guilty to three drug charges after federal drug agents raided his Highlands Ranch home last February and seized hundreds of pot plants growing in his basement.

The raid came after a Denver TV station promoted a story in which he bragged about how much money he would make growing pot under Colorado medical marijuana rules.

If he had gone to trial, Bartkowicz could have faced a life term because of a previous drug conviction.

seems kind of backwards because all over CO there is mega warehouses with thousands of plants.....only the ones who ponied up big corporate bucks for the permits and licenses and shit are protected but common growers who set up 20 lights in their basement or whatever are at risk....dont like where this is headed.
