I'm going to be in Pittsburgh in a few months. Can I use my medical license to purchase from a dispensary (if they even exist).

I don't believe so good buddy, since they don't allow cross state shopping (with licenses) in the States AFAIK.

They do exist but I don't think you can shop if you're from out of state or otherwise.
