1000 watts are nice but sooooo damn hot and the light is nauseating hehe,
however I swear the buds are usualy heavier in the high than hps i did a 2 k chamber once a 1k hps one side and the mh on the other ,,,,, sliiightly higher yield on hps side but buds were stronger it seemedon the mh side and just as big pretty mutch

No, it's simple really...

with the 1000 you can cover about 5'x5' (maybe a lil more) with optimal penetration...

with the two 400's you can set them up to cover a 6x6 area...

I am leaning away from the SOG and more towards a E&F bucket setup with plants that are vegged a couple weeks. So less plants will be needed. I havent calculated the buckets and how many i can fit but roughly 250 per room
