Looking for oil

Can anyone point me to where I can get both the strongest and best oil?
Scrip allows me 60/grams a month.
Due to being on blood thinners Dr recommends 0 cbd.
Any help is greatly appreciated. If it matters, I’m in Toronto.
Unable to smoke/ vape anymore due to breathing issues.
