If i don't figure this out i may be having a kniption before i throw these lights in the garbage....
As can be seen, i'm careful about light leaks and even diodes on power-bars,

but entering my room i noticed a very slight glow from one of my Viparspectra lights, there must be a fault or feedback causing this, it barely shows up in pictures but i saw it over my plants....
.

Even with the incandescent room lights on it's obvious that a few LED's aren't completely powerless....

Yes.
No timer, but it's plugged into a power bar with other electronics. Would a hi quality power bar designed for power-spike protection help, i could get one?

Shiatsu Kush hybrid dom pheno, i suspect in Krusty buckets this could be a 2lb/plant strain, upside-down umbrella shaped plant with large, dense, triangular shaped nugs for the top foot and 1/2 way down each branch.

1/2 way through flower i dropped the night time temperature, purple starting to come out stronger in those so inclined....
