climate is probably much more important than lat, such a guide wouldn't be useful without taking climate into account. there are many, many diverse climates in same latitude. maybe this might help you a bit: http://www.mandalaseeds.com/Guides/Marijuana-Outdoor

I am at 39 degrees N. but also near the Rocky Mountains at 5800 feet. I read somewhere that for every 1000 feet you go up in elevation you lose 1 degree F. The outdoor season is always over in the first week of October which gives me problems as I love Sativa leaning hybrids.
