I think Mr hill has has only seen the Dune movie and not read any of the books... using paul maud'dib as a reference to a leader into freedom is flawed as muad'dib is later revealed to be a false prophet

hmmn. i personally wouldn't align myself with some cult movie plot, but hey, it was his strawman in this case, and this court case absloved JA Hill.
and also, it was not a loophole he sailed his ship through, it was refutatuion of criminal oppression.
of course this is just my opinion and i have been shown to be wrong-headed in many of my posts...so decide accordingly.
