Was worth it - don't let talk about numbers. That's not even all. :)

Nice crop, is the packaged weed vacuum-packed? Do you put it in the freezer? Forgive me for my rookie questions, the fact is that I always embarrass it, but I like your method if you would like to give me an explanation on how to do it I would be grateful, thanks bye. 👨‍🌾

However, on the front page it says that 20% is indica, on the other hand a bit of indica is needed to shorten the flowering period.
Yes, I’m aware. it’s more I thought I had sativa pheno and was surprised to smell skunk. I wondered if all have a slight skunk smell or if this was a NL leaning pheno, hence my question.

Those just remplace the glas jars when I need bigger storage. The curing process is the same. A bit more easy to handle maybe, and less storage space needed.
I keep them in that bags for a few weeks only - for longer storage I use thicker aluminium coated bags. There you can keep it for a long time, also you could vacuum and store in a freezer. ( let it unfrost 24h before open, will be like the day they were packed even after years)

Still trying to get the DWC dialed in. Lowering the EC and looking for the sweet spot. Looks a little hot.
They're stretching pretty hard. Had to bend one of the girls over
Finally getting a few small buds and took a couple of clones for a coco grow a few weeks back so I'm learning how to do that :)
Edit: Can someone tell me the best EC and pH for the different stages and types of medium for these please? DWC, coco and soil. Cheers. Maybe a pm or a link so we don't spam this channel :)

Such a nice day out, I figured a post is a good idea. Ka5h just keeps growing. I’ve still got a bit of space before it can be seen over my fence but I bet it will stretch over. Hopefully my neighbors will ask for some if they see the plants!

Thanks @dubi . It's great that you find time to comment/reply to everyone (y)
The girls have been on 12/12 for 10 days now. I'm thinking the leaf irregularity might be due to the DWC grow with the over abundance of nutes as they both have it and the soil one doesn't and it's half the size
shes got a gene dosage mutation usually caused by aneuploidity from one of the parents very common in the haze males. but iit could also go further back to hops humulus is well known for chromosome/inheritance abnormalities. i
ts a good thing . very common in vietnam/yunnan strains as their harsh tropical environment can cause meiotic/mitotic irregularity. unreduced gametes in meiosis or non-disjunction in mitosis.
these vietnam dalat and black from blackcatgenetics show alot of this. haze 69 males very close relation. if you self it will get even crazier due to additive nature of dosage sensitive traits

Pretty kool... Id maybe s1 it and store it as a distinct direction to go down maybe high in 1 terp that other phenos are low in... Or a cannabinoid that it leans to that the others dont..

I thought I would make a quick post.
I've had a bit of trouble growing sativas in soil so I'm giving coco a go.
The mother is at the back, which I topped for clones, and the daughters at the front
The mother wasn't looking so good in soil a few days back but bounced back after removing most of the dirt from the roots and replacing with coco. Been feeding once daily EC 1.0 and pH 5.7

Seems to make a huge difference.
I am thinking about adding cocos to my soil - maybe as layers just to keep it loose.

Watch out for overwater
Thanks for the tip (y)
I did find the mother plant with some soil remaining stays a lot heavier than the dedicated coco pots. I imagine the roots won't survive as well in the wet spot but the roots will thrive in the coco areas and use the soil as a reservoir. Watering that particular pot less frequently might help but the EC might be different
I use the canna coco with about 30% perlite so it seems to drain pretty good. The pots reach about 2/3 of the way to the bottom of the buckets which works well for drainage. I just need to make the stands for the buckets today and fit hoses for the auto drain :)
I did some testing with twice daily watering and the roots remained healthy so aeration doesn't seem to be a problem, at least in the smaller pots

This is my Killer A5 Haze from the 2019 release pictured @ 5 weeks.

LED lights are on a 11/13 schedule.

100% coco DTW Running Athena Pro Line.

I had to bend the top over to make her fit into my space, otherwise she would be a little taller than 4ft, or 122 centimeters if I didn't bend the top.

For the past few years I've been harvesting this plant @ 12 weeks, but lately to me she looks done in 11 weeks.
I'm going to aim for 12 weeks this run and harvest one branch @ 11 weeks, cure them up then compare the two.

She smells like liver, leather and hazey incense. To me it kind of smells like the shoe department in the department store at the mall in the 80's when I was a kid. Maybe that wasn't just shoes  lol

I'm not doing the KA5H much justice. I think I'm actually getting better though :p This is my first DWC grow in about 10 years and my first ever sativa DWC. I have some coco grown plants ready to go in here soon.
Running about EC 1.5 pH 5.8 now and they're feeding and drinking well.
Getting a nice smell, a little bit piney and spicy and starting to pack on some weight. Still a ways to go

Man oh man. My little girl has grown into a big stinky bitch! This plant has stretched pretty good the last week and I hope it’s done. She stinks to high heaven and I can smell her and her neighbor from a ways away. Almost no pistils to speak of, unlike her neighbor you can see a part of in one photo. Can’t wait to start seeing some pistils. Just rained a cloudburst so she might look a bit wet.
