I was just thinking while reading that update, Her lawyer has some balls and if she does as she says this may just be the final straw in the fight to get the Feds to address the Schedule 1 crap.
She claims she'll take it to the Supreme Court and she has some very hard questions for the Feds to answer, i.e. "Why do you hold the medicinal marijuana patent if it has no medicinal value?"
Hopefully this will push the re-scheduling fight into our favor.
