Maybe because you live in a state that does make use of the magnetic strip? Here in my state they just look at the date of birth, at your picture then at you and then hand your licensing back to you. If they even card you in the first place.

'cuz sketchy lookin' mofos (and I'm afraid you fall into that category) always get eyeballed twice.......
besides, any of you running around w/your iPhones, tablets etc are leaving a digital trail to your day in day out doings, texts, tweets, pics, mapping
I use an old flip phone. drove 45 miles today, turned it on to make a call, turned it off for the 45 mile ride home, so old it doesn't do gps at all. I could be tracked through a constant signal but when my old Motorola is off it's dead to the world, it's twin sits in my desk drawer in case this one dies.
