Actively aerated compost teas.. another key factor to accelerate the growth of Yr plants and the quality by giving Yr plants a 3 course meal thats alot more available n processable and been multiplying the good bacteria so that when u feed it to Yr plants its like feeding it to them with a running start so to speak..

LACTOBACILUS / EM1

Rice water left for a week covered with tissue or a clean sock till the liquid gets a sour sweet smell, then mix this liquid 1 parts rice water to 9 parts milk or just toss it in a bottle milk it's not too important what ratio as long as plenty of milk/mostly milk.. leave for another week roughly till it splits n separates into floating cheese n liquid, collect the liquid filtered from the cheese add equal part mollases and u have yourself some home made enzymes... lactobacilus/ EM1...

Edit: its rich In lactic acid bacteria which is basically what's most mammals stomach acids is, and co operates with good bacteria and eats bad bacteria like those harmful to our health or plants health like powdery mildew.. shuda mentioned that.. its "probiotics" promoting good bacteria instead of just killing all bacteria good and bad like "antibiotics"...

Another key factor to no till, living soil and organics in general is lactobacilus/EM1.. helps break down food in the soil can make ferments with it with most plants and veg and fruit.. also other things.. meant to prevent powdery mildew if sprayed in veg n stays protecting them thru flower.. also meant to help cure PM if u spray it on infected plants.. protects from other airborne pathogens etc.. all around work horse of a benie..

Then there's WORMS!

A MUST! MUST! MUST! ITS ONE OF YOUR OTHER FORMS OF ENZYMES!

I used to keep em in the actual plants pots the plants was in and have a little worm bin also to feed them fresh casting as well as constantly having fresh casting in there pots generated by the worms living there as when the worm eats the fine bits of soil and the bacteria and fungi that's breaking the composting soil down with all Yr ingredients in, its coming out the other end as worm castings full of stomach enzymes that also carry on helping to break down the soil n make it a much more available uptakable food source for your plants.. along with the beneficial bacteria and fungi that also do this along with the decomposer mites and rolls polly bugs that come n eat the bigger n woodyer stuff n break it down too all forming a big soil food Web that works in harmony to feed n keep yr plant healthy..

Leaving your bases of old plants in roots intact in the soil.. and beneficial fungi and bacteria..
And cover crops!!

You want to leave your bases in as the beneficial decomposing mites and rolly polly bugs/ woodlice end up eating it and breaking down into food for your lab/em1, beneficial bacteria and fungi and worms to further break down into more available and uptacable food for your plants also the left over roots either get turned into food too or the new plants tap into them and there food they been storing and processing around them or both theres debate which happens..

And if your doing everything right constantly adding benies like great white mycos or psycho myco benies and/or going out and doing I.m.o inoculations to bring back and top dress or water into your soil too then you should start gradually seeing little shrooms similar looking to liberty caps growing too but don't eat them they don't get u hi like liberty's I already tried.. just gave me the shits lol!..

Also COVER CROPS

Not only do the cover crops provide Nitrogen for the soil when u chop and drop it, but also crimson clover and I think most clover actualy puts nitrogen into the soil as its growing.. also the way I see it, if the benies your feeding like mychorizal etc that co incide with your roots n live symbiotic specifically with roots, then surely Yr gonna increase your soils mychorizal content with having extra little nitrogen fixing roots from the clover n cover crop for the mychorizal to colonise n maximise the mycorizal n benies that's kept in Yr soil.. win win..

The worm ball is awesome. The lacto ferment sounds interesting if a bit dangerous. Did you have any, um, "bad" batches? In any case, that's some great looking cannabis and thanks for sharing your techniques!
Nope it's Korean natural farming/ k.n.f been done for thousands of years by all the top Asian farmers.. also been used as a organic sterilizer/ disinfectant floor cleaner etc in hospitals iv read.. the milk is naturally rich in the lactobacilus which is a good bacteria (lactic acid bacteria)that's basically the same as most mammals stomach acids and this co incides with good bacterias and eats bad bacterias that are harmful to our health.. the rice water left for a week collects the other ESSENTIAL good organisms that's in the air n surroundings to actually make it "EM1".. look up gil gallidang website " the unconventional farmer"..👌 💯💚🙏😁

Edit: if you ever bought hygrozyme or EM1 bottles from Your hydro shop u just paid like 20 quid for 1 liter of lactobacilus enzymes that u cud av made at home for penny's.. its the same stuff..

Fements made with homemade lab/em1 and water and mollases..

It's not needed once no till living soil comes to life after a few runs but while it's kicking off n building I like to use these to help with there food needs while there waiting for the soil to come to life and start breaking everything down.. the soil already actually has all these in but it takes time to start getting processed so the ferments help u thru the first run or 2 or if they show signs of hunger later on in the runs..

From left to right,

(Veg)seaweed ferment basically equal amounts of npk and the rest of the periodic table.. also natural growth hormones in there, careful not to burn with seaweed.. I think its usually all around the 2-0.5-2 or 3-1-3 npk mark.. and contains decent levels of calcium (3)and magnesium(1) too

(Bloom) banana ferment has mainly potassium and sugars n seems to really improve flavour by apparently stopping the plant from needing to self metabolise it's own sugars that its using to make the terps and also apparently potassium plays quite a roll in terpene production.. I mix with the krill fement early bloom or guano ferment mid bloom for a natural pk booster in mid bloom.. prob around the (0-0-6) npk mark..

Krill meal (Veg - early bloom)GO EASY! IT NITROGEN BURNS MIXED WITH THE VEG FERMENTS! OR JUST SWITCH TO THIS FROM THE VEG FERMENTS AT BLOOM!

krill meal ferment (6-6-0 npk)has quite hi nitrogen and quite hi phosphorus In equal amounts and no potassium

also krill meal contains CHITIN.. that increases crystal content and terpene content and makes the plant immune system / natural defences go into steroid mode same as insect frass does which contains chitin.. as it makes the plants try to produce more crystals for sticky traps and more terpenes for bug repellent apparently where plqnts detect the chitin around its roots n makes it think its getting bug infested and reacts this way to defend against a bug infestation, as bugs exoskeleton are made of chitin same as sea crustaceans/shrimps/krill is..

(Veg-early bloom)Comfrey ferment (2-1-5 npk)a bit of nitrogen and potassium n a tiny bit of phosphorus but also has good healing hormones and growth hormones also worms love it..

(Veg-early bloom) Alfalfa ferment basically the same as comfrey and worms love that too.. careful tho it's a bit higher N than comfrey and it also has Nitrogen burn potential if u use too heavy.. just gradually increase a bottle cap or half a cap each time till u see a sign of tip burn or leaf tacoeing or burn n then u know yr individual plants limits or what it prefers..

(Bloom)ALSO GO EASY! VERY HI PHOSPHORUS SO PHOS BURN POTENTIAL IF GO TO HEAVY! I plan on making a 1-12-1 guano ferment next to go with the banana ferment as a pk booster instead of goin so hard with the krill ferment to have a basically full phosphorus ferment instead of goin so heavy with the krill ferment next time that has hi N woth the P.. as early bloom last round the hi N hi P kril ferment mixed with the hi N hi K veg ferments I was still feeding In early bloom caused some serious N burn and one or 2 lowers to hermy out so.. Makes sense to try go easy on the krill ferment till mid-late flower when no longer using the veg ferments and use the all P and hardly no N or K guano ferment earlier in bloom when still using the veg ferments that hardly have any P..
