Many Americans support legalization and many states already permit medical use. An end to prohibition would generate billions in tax revenue and relieve the criminal justice system. But is it the right thing to do?
this is clearly pro pot. they frame the argument around money mostly. They need to focus on civil liberties more.
i'm looking at this coverage as 'there is no such thing as bad publicity'
legalization is way further up on the radar than it was before, it's getting talked about much more
the more talk the better, it's what we need to push the ball to the top of the hill
You know, Hash, I think you'd be right if anyone gave a damn about civil liberties. Hell, we all walk around with tracking devices without protest...we even pay to use them every month. All people care about is that $$$$$. Fucking weak.
If people cared about the civil liberties aspect of MJ, the shit would already be legal...

Is it the right thing to do? How can you honestly think they are pro-cannabis if they make statements like that? The only thing they are is pro-sensationalism. They know that cannabis is a passionate subject to people on both sides of the fence and they are doing nothing more than exploiting it.
^oh ya it is about the ratings for them...
...but if they get ratings being pro pot then fine with me.
reminds me of this song, hmm..."cash rules everything around me, cring it get the money, dolla' dolla' bill ya'all!"
ratings translate to $$$ !
word up indeed =) maybe more would follow in their footsteps? hmm...
