Is this a valid assumption for expected yields?

Assuming 1 kg of biomass

Extraction
Assuming 20% recovery = 200g of oil
Assuming 30% concentration = 60g of cannabinoids
60,000mg of cannabinoids

Distil
Assuming 50% loss = 100g of oil
Assuming 80% concentration = 80g of cannabinoids
80,000.00mg of cannabinoids

Would this be a good approach for approximate yields?

I'll leave the distillation questions to others, but on your extraction questions:

Define biomass. It can vary greatly, but the material I've typically extracted, 18 to 20% is a reasonable average if extracted cold enough to not be including a bunch of plant waxes.

Your cannabinoid concentrations seems low, but it depends in part on your retained terpene content. Both total cannabinoid concentration and mix can also vary a bunch, but just our THC contents on recreational strain shatters were typically between 60 and 80%.

Your math appears to be spelled correctly but I suggest looking closer at total cannabinoid content assumptions.
