Whenever i see "licence" I just read " terms and restrictions".
We havent had licences for the last 3000 odd years of cannabis cultivation and breeding and it seems to have gone ok, lol
I dont like this concept of "owning" the plant. Thats the opposite of what camnabis should be, imo.
