Is this a good craigs list deal?

So do yall think this is a good deal?

Two 125 Watt Compact Fluorescent grow lights
One vegetation cycle.
One bloom cycle.
Each come with HD reflectors hoods with built on power extension.
This set retailed for $100 each.
Each light has less than 100 hours of use and is in excellent working condition.
Each one burns at about 85 degrees at its hottest.
$60 ea

If they really only have 100 hours on each then its probably a decent deal.

Usually ships within 3 - 5 weeks. I dont have that kind of time to wate. I need this now.

If i was you i would just buy 2 65 watters from home depot or lowes. for 20 a piece
