Is botanicare fully organic?

washington state has a superior organic certification program and I personally grow using their standards

Albrecht ratio's still seem to be the standard for most outdoor growers.

I have been using these two, products for a couple of years.
What part scares a organic purist.
Is it the NATURAL or ORGANIC part?
