is anyone else getting screwed by PLH?

If you paid using a CC/debit I would of just return the 5 broken ones and told em to keep the other 5 and filed a dispute with your cc company/bank and gotten the money back and ordered from else where.. my bank is good about reversing transactions especially when its fraud on the shippers part.. all you have to do is have proof you returned the item (tracking #).. might not apply to you I guess but it's worth mentioning.. I don't deal with BS anymore from online vendors.. if they don't willingly refund me then I take it to the next level and go over their head.
