We did try to sleep a complete night still no luck.
We always fright away after a hour and never fall in sleep after that.
We like this more then a Dab this come up a bit slower and the effect get stronger slow.
Sometime it`s so nice to eat you just keep eating.
Did have it with those Infused bapao it was the spice that make you eat more.
You never taste the Herbs...

those look like sher-bao; the chinese rice buns filled with things (i ike the pork but mushrooms is good too), sometimes they have an egg inside too
could you cut one of those in half next time so we can see the filling?

I did learn a lot of old school stuf when in Vietnam 8 times now.
Here some flash backs and maybe fun to see where i have the ideas from.
And it a big part of how i think and do.
Coco's candy for new year.
And one for my favorite food Beef on plate old school.
If interests we have a lot more.

Thank you all we having some trouble the last couple of weeks the insomnia is really hard to keep up with i fall in sleep and then all round 50 / 60 mins get a panic attack and are awake for the rest of the night ...
So to get not all the night Anxiety attacks we did start baking bread we start on 4:00.
We trying THC, CBD, CBN, CBG & Terpen but still no fix for the attack in sleep ok no more spam A photo does more then a 1000 words.
Raisin and vanilla we did use 50% milk 140ml and 50% water 140ml + 1 a Egg.
20g butter.
Many way to soak this baby say infused rum and then soak those Raisin ooops.

f'n'a man!! good baking is almost like science
i love raisin and you add vanilla on top
rotate that bread slightly so we can see the whole crust. even a sligh offset would add to the shot
great pic btw( good light and dof) and even greater baking brother!

some things wake you up and play through your head like a bad tune and i sit up awake at night for hours
...

We making Bò Kho for tomorrow.
If i recal it good there adding rise flour.
Those night men it`s just like the brain goes in light year speed mode.

where i live there are lots of vietnamese food
most places specialize in pho, but a couple are sandwich shops
the pickled vegetables and bread make them special

a little rotation in your angle
keep everything set up like you shot this, (same light, same camera angle) but move the front of the bread slightly to the right so its at almost a 45' angle
then we can see more of the crust and the bread fills more of the frame

Did found to problems with the apple strudel
1. i did not melt the butter.
2. room temp was very cold so the butter did not get softer.
Did order 2 books so we going to try with oil and not butter.
Shame there is no smell net ... when making bread the complete home smell.

Bò Kho is a Vietnamese Beef Stew it`s very nice to eat.
You can eat it with bread or rise and in Vietnam there have s dish with lime and salt.
Being there makes you a different men i was near Soc Trang.
Life is so different and the life grind.
So count what you have not what you miss.

The photo above was in Vietnam a l round Chinese new year.
We use beef with sweet potato, onion, root some spice and star anise with cinnamon stick.
I start with using red wine and black peppers to soak the mean.
And here we use a bit of a Italian style with add of tomatoes and we never use water but cocos water.
I will make a photo this weekend there is just no light in home to shoot
And i can add some bo kho recipe to the topic have even an old school from my mother in law (R.I.P).
Spicey food and weed is just great.
Those dipping sauce you have with Maggie, fish sauce, pepper, salt lime.
There always take good care of me when being there
Beer is a big problem there it`s more use like a drug or heavy meds really a big problem.
I pref to vaporize but there it`s it a big no no.
For the sign i need to ask the wife ... my Vietnamese is not that great.
Will post some memory lane stuff nice to see where the inspiration comes from.
My style is Dutch`s with Italian and Vietnamese / Chinese.
Here it was 2003 getting food.
Some 2003 food was my B-day there.
Was not always easy to adapt in place like this we from Holland LOL.
Will post some more but will add recipe to ...

Ooh BTW washing butter is dangerous lol you keep eating even the wife don`t know there is weed in...
