IC420 Cup 2023 Picture Thread

Hi, icmag Fam!

After 4 years we finally had the chance to have a ic420cup again and it was a blast! Was really nice to see some old friends again and making new Canna friends. Some regulars were missing, but hopefully everybody had a nice 420 celebration nonetheless!

As every year I tried to take pictures of all the entries I had. I had all the Flower Packs and the Rosin Pack. So unfortunately I have no pics of the hash pack.

Everyone else who took pictures is welcome to post them in this thread!

All the buds look incredible. Tough competition.

Never seen anything that looks like Orgganics' Tropicana Cookies before.

But it´s always a good chance to recap the Cup and evaluate, what would be worth growing in the future...

I was curious, since this is ICMag cup, whether someone didn't bring some pure strong sativa (like Ace's Malawi, Golden Tiger or Zamaldelica). Fluffy not-as-frosty buds with simple woody aroma, but I imagine that they'll impress with their high even people with tolerance (who've been chain-smoking many samples). To be honest, none of the "sativa" samples above looks anything remotely resembling a sativa, they surely look tasty, but what about the high?
I'm sure a lot of the sativa aficionados here would like to participate in a true sativa cup (including myself), but looks like nobody made it to Adam with a couple of jars

Maybe that kind of buds would be a competitive advantage in the sativa category even. Depends on what the judges are expecting and looking for...

The cup was in Barcelona not Amsterdam.

I was also hoping for some of the wonderfull haze to judge but we all got ice cream and candy shop. Still good but i'm with you not what i expext from a sativa.
But lets see what next year will bring.

Great thread brother your hard work is much appreciated. Sorry I couldn't enter or judge this year but just been too busy. I will make sure I am there for the next cup...and I will deffo be entering some Sativa's Luck'nLite JBo

I was curious as well. All Sativa hybrids .. No Sativas?.
