IC Cup Event Itinery

High Guys,

When will the itinery for the cup be posted? I'm trying to fly in and out with very short holidays, and was hoping to get a feel for the timings ... if I fly in on morning of 18th and out on night of 20th am I gonna miss much?

If the flight inward is early you may make it in time for the 1st mornings wake and bake......may be worth hiring a bike on arrival to the dam and help speed things up for such a short journey. Sadly you are gonna miss the award ceremony on the last night probably if you have to be to the airport for a flight, if possible id try and leave the 21st and tehn you will catch everything the cup has to offer.

...Oh...Update.....The Red Hot Chilli Bastards could not make it due to some excesses......But good news!.....we will be having Led Zeppelin (the tribute band...lol)...instead...
