i have recently been involved in a motorbike accident ,damaging the nerve and muscle in my left shoulder and i also have scaphoid fractures in my right hand ,i am from Malta (europe). i am looking for a doctor in holland or europe that can help me and prescribe me medical marijuana to take back with me to my country .can somebody pls HELP me i am in pain all the time nearly
